March 2, 2009 (week 25)

AP Physics 12 - We will learn to use Bernoulli's equation to solve problems involving fluids in motion. We will also get started with chapter 18 Electrostatics where we will learn how to use Coulomb's Law to calculate the electrostatic force between 2 or more charged particles.

Physics 12 - We are starting chapter 18 Electrostatics. We will learn how to use Coulomb's Law to calculate the electrostatic force between 2 or more charged particles.

Physics 11 - This week we begin Special Relativity (Albert Einstein) and we will have this completed by Spring Break. There will be an assignment but no test on this topic (except for a few questions on the final examination in June). After the holiday we will start Chapter 12 Thermal Energy.

Science 8 - We are starting chapter 3 Immune System. Students should complete workbook chapter 3 at their own pace in preparation for the Chapter 3 test on March 13.

Math 9 - Reminder of the chapter 3 test on March 2. This week we begin chapter 4 Polynomials. Students should complete the practice problems in each section of chapter 4.
