December 6, 2010 (week 14)

AP Physics 12 - We have started chapter 6 Work, Energy and Power. Students should be looking over the example problems in the text and completing the end of chapter review problems.

Physics 12 - Same as above

Physics 11 - This week we will do a few lab activities related to springs (Hooke's Law) and tension. This material is not covered in the textbook so it is important that students pay particular attention to notes and instructions provided by the teacher.

Science 10 - This week we will study chapter 4.2 Naming chemical compounds and writing formulas for compounds. Students should be completing the workbook practice problems.

Math 8 - We have started chapter 5 Surface Area. Students should complete the odd numbered problems for their homework and they must show their workings as per the example problems. Those who need extra practice should also do the even numbered problems too.
